Walkie Talkie just got a new tenant – who else has taken up space in the London skyscraper?

Big tenants of the Walkie Talkie revealed

The top floor of London skyscraper 20 Fenchurch Street, aka the Walkie-Talkie, has been snapped up by a US financial company Castleton Commodities International.

The company is set to pay £80 a square foot for 22,000 sq ft of space on the 34th floor of the London skyscraper.

Castleton Commodities International has offices in Canada, Switzerland, Singapore, Uruguay and China. Billionaire hedge fund managers Paul Tudor Jones and Glenn Dubin have stakes in the company.

In 2013, the skyscraper was renamed Walkie Scorchie after reflections from the building melted parts of a car.
