London's smallest house

You thought last week’s thinnest home in the UK was small? Check out this house, that’s been listed on Zoopla for £275,000.

It has one “bedroom” and one “bathroom” (but we think they’re playing a little fast and loose with those definitions) and is conveniently located on Richmond Avenue in Barnsbury, Islington.

To be fair, it’s quite nice (if you can overlook that you have to walk on the kitchen surfaces to get to the bedroom) and it’s a house, not a flat, for those wanting to avoid stomping noises on the ceiling.

It’s less than half a mile from Caledonian Rd & Barnsbury overground station, and half a mile from Angel underground station.
