Once again One Hyde Park is in the news. This time, it’s a five-bedroom flat put on sale for the eye watering sum of £65m. This makes it the most expensive flat in the building according to Zoopla.
But according to Business Insider, at that price it’s still less than half the price paid for the most expensive apartment ever sold in the building – bought by Rinat Akhmetov in 2011 for $221m (£137m).
