Developer Weston Homes have reopened the sales and marketing suite and show homes at the Denham Film Studios following the Government’s advice to reopen the housing market. With only 21 homes still available for sale, Weston Homes have already seen a flurry of enquiries since reopening of the housing market in mid-May and now look forward to welcoming customers to tour the development.
Weston Homes have implemented detailed anti-Coronavirus safeguarding and social distancing procedures in place in the marketing suite and show homes at Denham Film Studios. Weston Homes highlight that the marketing suite is in excess of 1,350 sq. ft. in size, with a spacious reception foyer and roomy seating areas – providing ample space for social distancing.
Under new anti-coronavirus safeguarding procedures buyers are encouraged to contact Weston Homes and schedule an appointment to visit the Denham Film Studios marketing suite and show homes. As per the new guidelines, appointments will be focused around off-peak commuter travel times and a minimal number of people attending the visits to assist with social distancing.
At the point-of-entry to the marketing suite face masks, gloves and hand sanitiser are available and signage highlights the two metre social distancing guidelines in place. The large marketing suite enables buyers to liaise with the sales agents from the recommended two metre distance and review plot locations, apartment/townhouse floorplans and specification options with comfort and peace of mind.
In the show homes at the Denham Film Studios a tour has the benefit of being “contactless” meaning that all the doors and selected cupboards are open and the lights are turned on so that buyers do not need to touch anything. Whilst a buyer is having a tour of a property the sales agent will wait outside the property to assist with health safeguarding.
Weston Homes also produced digital tours in partnership with Reevo 360 which allows customers or potential buyers to tour The Lucas and The Lester homes at the development from their own homes. The houses, that are named after movie legends George Lucas and Richard Lester, are both located on Stanley Kubrick Road within the secure development.
Both of the homes provide four bedrooms and the tours offer customers different things. The Lucas is unfurnished and offer customers a blank canvas view whereas the The Lester has been furnished to pay homage to the site’s glamorous past. Available homes for sale at the Denham Film Studios start from £644,995.

The development also provides the restored Art Deco director’s cinema, where residents can view and stream movies.
