Leading fit-out contractor, ThirdWay Contracts, is carrying out a high specification Cat B fit out at Vodafone’s 37,000 sq ft central London headquarters, on Kingdom Street.  Work is taking place on the first and third floors and will provide Vodafone with a contemporary office that includes cutting edge technology and premium agile workspace.

Vodafone wanted an office space that’s aligned with the business’s global reputation within the communications sector, with state-of-the-art broadcast studio and live comms rooms.

ThirdWay Contracts’ work includes the strip out of both floors, including the live comms rooms and extensive mechanical and electrical modifications to suit the new office layouts. Early delivery of four new comms rooms have been installed to enable Vodafone to install critical systems and ensure they are operational by the completion date next month. Each floor includes high specification finishes including tiered seating, coffee stations, wall linings, work stations, cupboards, lockers and flooring.

James Pipe, Founding Director at ThirdWay Contracts, said: “ThirdWay Contracts was launched by the ThirdWay Group just over six months ago to offer clients a traditional fit-out arm and facilitate the growing requirement for efficient and high-quality support throughout the project build lifespan. Being appointed on this large-scale project by Vodafone, demonstrates our team’s ability to facilitate high-quality build in larger commercial projects.”

The first floor is set to complete early December, and the third floor by the end of December 2018.

Whilst working closely with ThirdWay Interiors and the wider ThirdWay Group on a number of projects, ThirdWay Contracts operates as its own entity.
