Nordic building company Skanska has won a contract for a £53m office complex in the City.
Skanska will be responsible for the design and construction of the building, which covers an area of 20,400 square meters and incorporates 12-storey office accommodation, two roof level plant floors, and a two-storey basement.
The company, well known for its strong sustainability credentials, will start work on the project immediately and expects to complete the building in January 2014.
