If you’ve ever dreamed about living on London’s “Billionaires’ Row” then now’s your chance to get your hands on some of London’s most exclusive real-estate.
No, we’re not talking about Kensington Palace Gardens but about The Bishops Avenue in Hampstead.
The Standard reports that the Saudi Arabian royal family has sold 10 properties on The Bishops Avenue for £80m.
LJ Capital, an investment firm, is believed to have snapped up many of these propertied to convert them into uber-luxury pads.
Past residents of the area have been everyone from F1 boss Bernie Ecclestone, Lakshmi Mittal and the Brunei royal family.
Trevor Abrahmsohn, owner, Glentree International said he had sold £3bn worth of homes on the street.
“The Bishops Avenue is probably one of the best-known addresses in the world, ranking alongside Beverly Hills.
“It is the address which is one of the ultimate statements of wealth,” he said.
