Frasers Property UK have launched two show apartments styled and dressed by John Lewis & Partners; unveiling two new show apartments at Fraser’s Riverside Quarter Thameside development in London’s Wandsworth.

This combines high specification living spaces with beautifully designed furniture pieces, throws, pictures and accessories from the iconic British retailer’s Home collection. Since being launched, one of the John Lewis & Partners has already sold for over £700,000 highlighting the value of the brand’s design and the quality of the apartments. The other show apartment is still available to tour by appointment only.

Frasers commissioned John Lewis & Partners to style and dress a 1,380 sq.ft. three-bedroom apartment with private terrace and a 792 sq.ft. two-bedroom apartment, respectively located on the eleventh and ninth floors of Five Riverside, one of the elegant contemporary apartment buildings at Riverside Quarter. Frasers have used John Lewis & Partners to furnish and dress the final collection of apartments released for sale in the Five Riverside and Seven Riverside apartment buildings.

Dressed to showcase the space and market to residents, the three-bedroom show apartment on the eleventh floor of Five Riverside has been designed using vibrant primary colours creating an Iberian feel. Upon entering the show apartment, the sleek marble flooring in the hallway recalls a Spanish villa. The John Lewis & Partners Home Stylist team have skilfully used prints of works by famous Mediterranean artists throughout the show apartment with a print of L’Oro Dell’Azurro by Spanish artist Joan Miro adding to the bright entrance hall. Throughout the show home there are further prints by European artists Henri Mattisse (Etruscan Vase), Paul Cezanne (Pots of Primroses & Fruit) and Alexander Calder (Stabiles).

The three bedroom apartment has a spacious open plan reception room arranged as living and dining areas, with floor to ceiling glazing opening onto a private roof terrace that spans the entire width of the living space. Along one side of the reception room is the open plan fully fitted kitchen. The reception space features a number of bright statement John Lewis & Partner pieces including an ink blue Axel sofa, a Belgrave mustard coloured armchair, a Pleat Velvet Harriet rose footstool and a number of bright patterned cushions including Mongolian Sheepskin, Kasuri, Oriel and Cutton Velvet.  There is also the West Elm Delphine Sideboard which has a beautiful wood finish and marquetry detailing. Around the living room area there are also a number of decorative plants and foliage adding to a Mediterranean ambience.

The dining room area showcases John Lewis & Partners eight seat Calia dining table with six Eclipse burnt orange and two Eclipse grey velvet dining chairs. The dining table has been dressed with multi-height yellow, red and green Lacquered Aluminium vases adding an extra pop of colour. Alongside the dining table, the fully fitted designer kitchen has integrated Miele appliances and sleek white patent cupboards with mirrored splashbacks. Glass sliding doors open onto the private terrace, which has been styled with wicker Sala outdoor garden sofa and coffee table.

The three bedrooms, one of which has been dressed as a study, each provide bright and colourful living spaces using pieces from John Lewis’s West Elm, Palma and Flos ranges and statement pieces by Tom Dixon.  The master bedroom provides a festival style space with mustard cushions and bed throw topped with a tasselled pink, blue and yellow linen throw. The room also provides an Ombre green, yellow and orange lampshade and dark turquoise crushed velvet cushions. The room provides access onto a second balcony offering views onto the River Thames with a pale mint green table and chair set.  The second bedroom provides a grey bedframe with pink, turquoise and deep blue decorations. The third bedroom which has been converted into a study feels like the Spanish sun with a cluster of yellow cushions on a grey sofa bed with an adjacent glass and bronze desk.

The two-bedroom apartment, situated on the ninth floor of Five Riverside has been designed with a blush palette. Throughout the apartment, John Lewis & Partners have used statement pieces to showcase the colour scheme. In the apartment’s living room, blush pink has been used throughout highlighting the Platform hope grey couch, the Hay Tulou black coffee table and the Coastal Bamboo decorative pieces. The statement West Elm stoneware vase on the Ennis coffee table resembles a shell or coral, drawing inspiration fromRiverside Quarter’s waterside location. The use of the blush pink amongst then natural and muted tones resembles a Mediterranean sunset.

The two bedrooms have also both been designed with neutral tones and blush highlights. The master bedroom, which affords residents access to a generous balcony and views of the River Thames, provides a natural bedframe with a grey quilted bed spread with muted blue decorative cushions reflecting the river outside. The second bedroom provides blush pink decoration, including a crushed pink velvet desk chair, a neutral and grey bed frame, bedding and desk.
