An Indian business tycoon has put up his five-storey London mansion on the market amid financial difficulties.

Pramod Agarwal snapped up a £35m property in Cornwall Terrace overlooking Regent’s Park in October 2013.

Property experts told the Standard that the home is in the middle of the “world’s most expensive terrace”.

Agarwal, who is in a £145m court battle with Kazakh mining giant ENRC, has put the mansion up for sale for £32m.

According to the paper, Agarwal borrowed £29m from Royal Bank of Canada to buy the home from property magnate Christian Candy.

The 11,233 sq ft home comes with six bedrooms, six reception areas, a spa, and looks out to Regent’s Park.

The grade I listed home also boasts hand-cut Italian marble and a hydraulic passenger lift for up to 10 passengers.

For those of you don’t know, the Indian-born tycoon reportedly spent millions of pounds on the Italian wedding of his daughter, Ritika. Over 800 guests attended the wedding at Puglia at which Florence and the Machine performed.
