Galliard Homes and Acorn Property Group, in association with Trinity House, are pleased to announce the launch of the exclusive penthouse collection at their Trilogy apartment scheme on Harper Road in Borough, including a dressed duplex penthouse with rooftop terraces offering panoramic views over London’s skyline.

The newly launched penthouse collection consists of six two-bedroom duplex penthouses and 2 two-bedroom lateral penthouses. Trilogy, a scheme of 27 stylish studio, one, two and three bedroom apartments is located on a historic site on Harper Road in Borough, originally occupied by a Roman Temple and formerly occupied by the Southwark Court of Requests (1824-2017) which is where John Dickens, the father of novelist Charles Dickens, was fined and sent to prison. Designed by Haworth Tompkins, the new residential development is located across three linked contemporary apartment buildings, which rise to seven storeys in height.

Dressed and ready for immediate occupation, with an interior design scheme by interior design house Style & Stage, the stunning new 1,216sqft two-bedroom show penthouse occupies two floors. On the lower floor there is a large double volume reception room with an open plan kitchen, with full height windows and three sets of glass doors opening onto a 613sqft private rooftop terrace. The north and west-facing terrace provide residents with panoramic views of The Shard and The London Eye. On the upper floor is the master bedroom suite with an ensuite bathroom and walk-in dressing room, and a second bedroom, which has use of a separate shower room.

The first phase of Trilogy was launched to the market off plan at the beginning of 2019 with this initial phase successfully selling, resulting in almost 25% of the scheme now being forward sold. The homes have sold primarily to buyers from the local market, consisting of young couples and downsizers who are all owner-occupiers. With the built and completed product now ready on site, Galliard and Acorn have unveiled a new dressed 1,047 sqft three-bedroom lateral apartment on the first floor of Trilogy which is being used to market the next phased release at the scheme. In addition, with the new dressed duplex penthouse ready, three of the penthouses have been released for sale, with one already successfully sold.

Exuding style and elegance, the new duplex penthouse is interior designed by Style & Stage, the interior design house founded by London design duo Hayley Rodol and Leiselle Denapoli. With a background in fashion design, Hayley has an eye for trends, colour and texture whilst Leiselle has over 25-years experience in luxury residential property.  Inspired by the London skyline, their interior design scheme combines silver-grey, contrasting blues and light accent colours with carefully curated furniture, accessories and soft furnishings creating a stylish and contemporary ambience complimented by the panoramic views from the floor to ceiling windows.

Immediately upon entering the penthouse entertaining/reception spaces, guests are met with interiors that exude style and sophistication. The floor to ceiling windows fills the space with an abundance of light, along with an open-plan ambience creating a seamless living and entertaining space.

The penthouse collection at Trilogy has its own exclusive specification. The show penthouse has a designer fitted kitchen with Miele appliances and a co-ordinated grey toned layout, the light grey contemporary wall and base units paired with high gloss finish marble effect worktops and mirrored splashbacks. Exclusive to the penthouse, the kitchen is fitted with a smart wine cooler and wall-mounted basin taps.

The immaculately designed master bedroom suite boasts an en-suite bathroom with both a bath and walk-in shower and a walk-in dressing room with bespoke cabinets. The master suite is designed with rich blue tones and gold details, bordering the room are floor to ceiling windows that open out onto a balcony with magnificent views of London. Exclusive to the penthouses, both the master bathroom and shower room have large format dark-hued marble effect tiles covering the floors and walls that pair beautifully with the white bathroom appliances.

Residents of Trilogy will also have access to a spectacular communal roof terrace that spans the entire seventh floor of the scheme, offering panoramic views of London’s skyline. Furnished impeccably with extensive planters for greenery, this large outside space provides the ideal location for residents to sit and enjoy the views that Trilogy offers of London.

In addition to the show penthouse, there is also the three-bedroom dressed apartment on the first floor of the Trilogy development. With dressing and interior design by Galliard Design, the new 1,047sqft apartment features a master bedroom suite along with two additional bedrooms, an open plan living and dining area and an outside terrace.

The three-bedroom show apartment has a designer fitted kitchen with Siemens integrated appliances, grey toned kitchen cabinets and composite white stonework surfaces and toughened glass splashbacks. The master bedroom suite features pastel tones with light grey carpet covering the floors. Juliet balconies and full height doors offer cityscape views from the bedroom, and the en-suite bathroom has white marble effect tiles to the floor and ceiling.
