Luxury later living developer Elysian Residences have employed Denise Vas as General Manager at their flagship scheme, the Landsby in Stanmore. Denise joins the Elysian team with over ten years of experience in the hospitality industry as well as past specific experience within a senior living residential development.

Due to the Landsby’s hotel-style offering for the senior generation, Denise joins the team with an abundance of knowledge which will be key to catering to the Landsby’s residents.

Having started her career in food and beverage hotel management, Denise progressed rapidly to become the General Manager of a leading hotel situated in Central London. Before joining Elysian Residences as General Manager of the Landsby Denise worked as General Manager at another senior living community where she acquired all the necessary skills to cater to this niche sector of the market.

Gavin Stein, Chief Executive Officer at Elysian Residences commented, “As the Landsby is our flagship development it is important that we have the most effective, dynamic and well-experienced team on hand and Denise is a great addition. As General Manager, Denise will be the key contact for our residents and with such a valuable background we are excited with what she has to offer.”

Denise Vas, General Manager at the Landsby commented: “I am excited to have joined the Landsby team and I am now looking forward to getting to know the residents, set to move in at the beginning of 2020. With a great deal of past involvement in the hospitality industry as well as having previously catered to the senior living generation,  I hope to add much value to the role working alongside the rest of the amazing Landsby team.”

The first phase release of apartments at the Landsby were launched off-plan and the scheme is now 20% reserved, with another phased release planned when the development is operational. Visitors can tour a 1,492 sqft dressed two-bedroom show apartment. Prices at the Landsby start from £490,000 for a one-bedroom, £720,000 for a two-bedroom and £1,250,000 for a penthouse.
