Hilton and Dominvs Group have today announced plans to extend their partnership with new hotels planned in Bath and London. The news follows confirmation that the first hotel under Motto by Hilton – Hilton’s new urban lifestyle brand – is under construction with Dominvs Group in Marylebone, Central London.

St Paul’s Creed Court Hotel London, Curio Collection by Hilton, Hampton by Hilton London City, and Hampton by Hilton Bath will join Motto by Hilton London Marylebone, adding more than 500 new hotel rooms to the UK market.

Patrick Fitzgibbon, senior vice president, development, EMEA, Hilton, said: “Hilton’s brands are growing rapidly in the UK, with more than 180 hotels trading or under development. We’re seeing growing consumer demand at every price point and these hotels will add exceptional new rooms in prestigious urban locations. Sukhpal Ahluwalia, founder and chairman of Dominvs Group said, “As we continue to grow our presence in prime UK destinations, we’re pleased to extend our partnership with Hilton. In addition to the world’s first Motto by Hilton hotel, our planned properties in London and Bath under Curio Collection by Hilton and Hampton by Hilton will be important additions to our portfolio.”

Dominvs Group, a real estate and private equity principal, has over 22 projects at various stages of development throughout the UK.

With commanding views to St Paul’s Cathedral opposite, the 145 guest room hotel will be a stunning arrival to the London market when it opens at 3 Ludgate Hill in 2022. Construction is already underway, with the property’s Grade II listed façade undergoing extensive refurbishment to preserve its architectural heritage. The upper upscale hotel includes a ground floor restaurant and bar, as well as a barista café.

Hampton by Hilton London City

Expected to open in in 2021, Hampton by Hilton London City is situated in Aldgate, on the fringe of the City of London. Close to Whitechapel Station, the hotel is in a prime location to benefit from the arrival of the new London Underground Elizabeth Line when it opens as part of the Crossrail infrastructure project, which is also due for completion in 2019. The hotel will be converted from an existing hotel following extensive refurbishment works and will include 120 guest rooms at 12-20 Osborne Street, London.

Hampton by Hilton Bath

The 206 guest-room Hampton by Hilton Bath will be one of the few internationally branded hotels in central Bath. An UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bath is one of the most recognisable and most visited cities in the UK. The new-build hotel, which is due to open in 2022, will be located on James Street, in close proximity to the city’s major attractions including The Roman Baths, Pulteney Bridge, Theatre Royal and The Jane Austen Centre.

Hilton currently operates more than 145 hotels in the UK under seven brands. It is set to open more than 35 hotels in the next two years in locations such as Birmingham, Glasgow, Leeds, Manchester, Liverpool and London.
