Work is reaching the final stages at a new housing development in Billingshurst, where only a few homes remain for sale.
Bellway South London is building 149 two, three, four and five-bedroom homes at Amblehurst Green, off East Street, with about 90 per cent of the development now completed.
There are just five homes remaining for house-hunters to purchase at the development and construction is expected to finish by June 2021.
Anyone considering a move to the development can visit the four-bedroom Blackthorn showhome which can be viewed by booking a one-to-one appointment. This gives visitors an allotted time slot to tour the home and the development whilst abiding by social distancing measures.
Daniel Williamson, Sales Director for Bellway South London, said: “We have built a wide range of homes at Amblehurst Green and as a result, there have been buyers at varying stages of the property ladder who have been able to find their ideal home at this development.
“Younger, first-time buyers have found that the fairly priced two and three-bedroom properties are great for them to purchase as their first home, while the larger four and five-bedroom houses have been perfect for families and upsizers.
“Those who have bought a home at Amblehurst Green have seen the benefits of being a short walk from the village centre and under a mile from Billingshurst train station.
“This development offers the best of both worlds, being surrounded by open countryside whilst offering a direct train service to London Victoria station in just over an hour. We have seen a lot of buyers move here from London so they can enjoy the peace of rural life while still being connected to the city. The development is even under 20 miles from the coast!”
There is still a selection of four-bedroom properties remaining for sale at Amblehurst Green, with prices starting from £504,995.
