By building homes ourselves for sale, we can increase the overall supply, and raise funds for our own affordable house building programme.
“We are delivering 1,850 affordable homes in Westminster by 2023.
“As part of this scheme we are also creating 84 extra care spaces, tackling one of our biggest challenges in Westminster.”
Nestled amid the iconic neighbourhood of Maida Vale, The Masefield will consist of one, two and three bedroom apartments and duplexes and is being self-delivered by WCC on the former pupil referral unit on Shirland Road in the Maida Vale Conservation Area.
