Walkie Talkie signs up two new tenants – now 87% let

London’s WalkieTalkie skyscraper has signed up two new tenants: US insurance firm CNA and law firm DWF.

While the insurance firm is taking 35,000 square feet of space in the skyscraper, the law firm has agreed to take up offices spanning 43,000 square feet.

Officially known as 20 Fenchurch Street, the skyscraper is now 87% let and tenants are set to move in this month.
