Sourced Founder and Managing Director, Stephen Moss, launched the company in 2017 to provide aspiring property professionals with a comprehensive solution that allowed them to build their own portfolio, while also receiving support from industry-leading experts and access to exclusive funding for projects.
Since then, the Sourced proposition has grown from strength to strength, now boasting over £1m in property assets, bolstered by a 35 strong supporting team of experts with over a century of combined industry experience to their names.
The 200 franchisee milestone has been reached, in no small part, thanks to Franchise Director Chris Kirkwood and his outstanding team. Chris recently celebrated five years at the company where he has utilised his experience to build the industry’s leading training package.
To complement the outstanding team at Sourced, the company has also developed its technology platform to further advance its proposition, launching its own app which lists the most property investment opportunities of any platform in the UK.
This has been developed to help Sourced franchisees sell their deals and get further investment for future and existing projects.
The company’s performance speaks for itself having also successfully funded an impressive 61 projects up to the amount of £44,572,283 through its exclusive peer-to-peer funding platform, Sourced Capital.
