The Apprentice House 2013 in Holborn is the most expensive house used in the last three series

The Apprentice 2013 candidates have been living in a £9.6m pad in Lincoln’s Inn Field in Holborn, property website Zoopla has revealed – check it out above.

The home, the most expensive used in the last three series, is a refurbished Grade II listed building with five to six rooms, a bespoke kitchen, double-height floor-to-ceiling windows, an internal courtyard and superb views over Lincoln’s Inn Fields.

Last year, the candidates were housed in an £8m home on Porchester Terrace, Bayswater – that’s the nice pad you see below.
