Property developers specialise in non-prime property have purchased a 1.2-acre site for development for £20m.

Telford Homes want to regenerate the area following Crossrail stations and the Westfield shopping centre.

“This site is really well located next to the International station and Westfield and is an excellent addition to our development pipeline.”
