House builder Telford Homes have announced Monday, they are to invest £160m housing site in Stratford, East London.
Property developers specialise in non-prime property have purchased a 1.2-acre site for development for £20m.
Telford Homes want to regenerate the area following Crossrail stations and the Westfield shopping centre.
Jon Di-Stefano, chief executive of Telford Homes said, “We have enjoyed considerable success in Stratford developing more than 1,750 homes in the area over the last twelve years.
“This site is really well located next to the International station and Westfield and is an excellent addition to our development pipeline.”
