International creative workspace provider Spaces has launched its latest North London venture, with a brand-new centre in the heart of Angel, Islington. As part of its expansion across the Capital, Spaces will be introducing a further five flexible working centres across London over the next year bringing its total to over 850,000 sq. ft of flexible office space in the city.

The flexible working giant’s latest offering in Angel Islington takes up over 37,000 sq. ft. of prime real estate in one of London’s most sought-after business locations.

The new development occupies four floors of open-plan space, conceptualised with large windows to prioritise natural light, and also features an expertly designed roof terrace for welcome work breaks and entertaining clients. Incorporating everything from social break-out areas to high-spec meeting rooms, this new space provides an inspiring space for both solo City entrepreneurs and larger established businesses. Located just minutes from Angel underground station, Spaces Angel Islington is ideally connected for businesses looking to set up shop in a premium London postcode.

Spaces Angel Islington opens this month, with an additional five co-working spaces set to follow in 2020, located throughout the Capital from Canary Wharf to London Liverpool Street. This announcement marks Spaces’ continued investment in bringing flexible working to London’s thriving business community.

Richard Morris, UK CEO of Spaces said, “Expanding our flexible working offering in London has been a key focus for Spaces in 2019. The opening of this new centre in Angel Islington marks a new wave of expansion in the capital and we’re excited to also be able to announce plans for a number of new Spaces centres across London in 2020.”

“With over half of the world’s professionals now working remotely for at least half of their working week, and 30% of corporate real estate portfolios forecast to be flexible workspace by 2030, the time is now for this kind of expansion. Employees and businesses alike are waking up to the benefits of flexible working and we’re delighted to be able to deliver the benefits of this new way of working to businesses of all shapes and sizes.”
