International creative workspace provider Spaces has announced plans to launch two new flexible working centres in the Capital, in Angel Islington and Canary Wharf, as part of the business’ ongoing UK-wide expansion.
Spaces Angel Islington, opening in Autumn 2019 and Spaces Canary Wharf in Spring 2020, are set to occupy over 110,000 sq. ft of space in two of London’s prime business locations. Following Spaces’ London-based expansion earlier this year, the move signals an even greater level of investment in the Capital and takes Spaces’ total number of centres in the city to 19.
Both centres are designed in an open-plan style, with large windows prioritising natural light and encouraging an open, welcoming feel. For businesses looking to base themselves in the heart of London’s modern business community, Spaces Canary Wharf offers something unique. Spread over six floors with floor-to-ceiling windows and incredible views over the Capital, businesses can take advantage of private meeting rooms, communal co-working areas and expertly designed meeting rooms. The new centre will also feature a large rooftop terrace, providing some welcomed outdoor space perfect for relaxing, networking and entertaining clients.
Likewise, Spaces Angel Islington is set to act as the ideal North London base for businesses of all sizes, occupying four floors and featuring a terrace lounge with panoramic views of the city, as well as cosy break-out areas to facilitate communal working and networking.
Care was taken to select premium locations for Spaces’ new arrivals, with both centres located nearby local transport links, connecting to the rest of the Capital and further afield. Recognised as one of the most desirable business districts in the city, Spaces Canary Wharf features over 20 acres of landscaped parks, fountains and tree-lined plazas, and boasts 300 premium shops and restaurants, making it the ideal place for both work and play.
