If you fancy calling the Queen your neighbour then here’s a luxury block adjacent to Buckingham Palace you must keep an eye out for.
Property developers Northacre is planning to sink in £10m to redevelop 1 Palace Street, a listed building just across the road from Buckingham Palace.
The building is the former office of the the Department for International Development that moved to Whitehall recently.
Niccolo Barattieri di San Pietro, CEO, Northacre said: “We believe that 1 Palace Street will be the leading high-end residential development in prime central London for the coming years.”
