Vacuum mogul James Dyson has bought himself a Manhattan penthouse in an ultraluxury 33-unit tower for a crazy $73.8m!
The British billionaire has reportedly bought one of the building’s four penthouses– all of which are close to 10,000 square feet.

The stunning property, not far from Dyson’s flagship store there, comes with six bedrooms, 279-square-foot balcony and panoramic views of Central Park. Other amenities include a gym — decked out with Dyson products — overlooking a pool in a double-height room.

Other penthouse buyers in the building include Frank Fertitta, a Las Vegas-based billionaire whose family owns a casino company.
Officials from Zeckendorf Development — which is behind this address have so far not commented on sales. “It doesn’t get any better,” said developer Arthur Zeckendorf, adding: “We have more than exceeded our expectations.”
Completion is slated for the third quarter of 2018.
