Richard Desmond, owner of the Daily Star and Daily Express is apparently in talks with British Waterways to convert his West Ferry Printers site into luxury homes.
The Desmond media empire is on the move from its home in London’s Docklands to Luton.
Another part of the site was sold back in November for £12m to a private buyer.
