Nick and Christian Candy, the duo behind One Hyde Park, are planning to launch a Dubai development thrice the size of the Shard.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, Nick Candy said: “We hope to be able to make an announcement about the Dubai development before the Mipim property conference takes place in Cannes in early March.”
The news comes after Nick Candy announced that he plans to follow in Donald Trump’s footsteps for global expansion by licensing the Candy & Candy brand name.
Plans include creating landmark residential developments and luxury branded residences in new locations such as Mumbai, Singapore, Hong Kong, Jakarta, Beijing, Shanghai, Bangkok, Moscow, St Petersburg, Saudi Arabia and Melbourne.
