Belgrade Waterfront is delighted to announce the sales launch of a new selection of 32 homes in the The Residences at The St. Regis Belgrade. Belgrade Waterfront is Simply Everything but Another Real Estate Project
The new urban hub, Belgrade Waterfront, is a $3bn investment, and spans 1.8m square metres, boasting more than 6,000 residential units, which will be home to approximately 14,000 people. In addition to residences and upscale hotels, the development will also be home to cultural venues, educational institutions and a wide range of leisure attractions.
