£20m home with unrivalled views of London put on the market

A home that boasts spectacular views of the Tower Bridge, the Shard and St Paul’s Cathedral has gone up on the market for £20m.

Tower View in the City of London is a 10,000 square feet luxury real estate which comes with six en-suite double bedrooms, a car turntable, a gym, a private pontoon and a roof top terrace with a hot tub.

But do all the above extravagances justify the £20m pricetag?

“There is not a single London property that can replicate the views of London landmarks like the Tower View,” says James Hyman, head of residential property, Cluttons.

Hyman admits that without the views the property would fetch only £6m. “We’ve already had a lot enquiries about the property from overseas buyers and wealthy local investors so I’m sure there are people out there who wouldn’t mind spending £20m to get the best views of London.”
