Boutique property developer, West Eleven, has just launched its latest landmark project, The View: a 15-storey, 39-unit development set to change the skyline of SW11. The View is the brainchild of Will Herrmann – the inspirational Founder and CEO of West Eleven – and is anticipated to become the next big thing in Battersea, with every residential unit having access to a view of the iconic 200-acre Battersea Park. With a number of its award-winning developments already scattered across London, West Eleven has pushed the boundaries with this exciting venture, both in design and architecture, as well as its fantastic lifestyle offering.

Designed by award-winning Jo Cowen Architects, The View will boast impressive panoramic vistas of Battersea Park and Chelsea, along with intricately designed interiors and a stylish exterior façade. The development will comprise three floors of commercial and office space on the lower floors totalling 16,000 square feet and, from the third floor upwards, glamourous residential units. The cherry on top is the three opulent, eye-widening penthouses, each tiered to have its own terraced view of Battersea Park and the area beyond in all its glory.

West Eleven has demonstrated yet again that it has thought of everything with the installation of communal garden spaces designed by Chelsea Flower Show Silver Gilt Winner, Randle Siddeley, which will be an additional asset for every resident to enjoy.

Randle Siddeley comments: “Our challenge was simply to seamlessly blend one of London’s finest parks with all aspects of the development. The gardens will entirely reflect The View’s ethos of “See and Be Scene.” The View will ultimately pride itself on complimenting and reflecting the surroundings of the local eclectic lifestyle.

Thriving on its high connectivity, The View will be in close proximity to Battersea Park Station where residents can take Southern Rail to catch various underground routes from London Victoria Station.

West Eleven believes in creating a lifestyle for its residents and because of this each resident will receive a two-year Car Club Membership, London Cycle Hire Scheme Membership, and Black Cab rides so that transport is covered, whatever your preference.

With various lifestyle scenes circling the landmark, West Eleven aims to provide luxury living for residents that seek the finest London lifestyle using the ethos – See and be Scene. From fashion and art to eateries and social hangout scenes, The View will showcase it all, becoming the gateway to London’s luxury assets. Located just a short distance away is the Royal Borough of Chelsea. Here residents can find a world of wealth, heritage, and renowned shopping streets, such as Kings Road – home to some of the world’s finest fashion brands and a plethora of independent boutiques.

Food lovers will also find themselves spoilt for choice on the Battersea food scene; The Nutbourne and Bluebird Chelsea continuously prove to be popular lunch spots for many, while Chelsea’s Ramsay London caters for various occasions, with its French cuisine using the finest seasonal ingredients. Luxuries closer to home include The Latchmere and The Pear Tree Café, where classic British sandwiches and burgers are given a contemporary twist – ideal for those looking to brunch locally. The range of cuisine is truly global with Thai, Indian, Italian, and French speciality restaurants inhabiting the area.

Additionally, the regeneration of the nearby Battersea Power Station brings both high and casual dining opportunities around the development, with a wide range of bars – including No 29 Power Station West – contributing nicely to the flamboyant social scene of the local area.

For those residents wishing to relax while socialising, London’s iconic Battersea Park is within arm’s reach. The glorious 200 acres is home to the Pump House Art Gallery and a children’s zoo, ideal for outings and weekend activities with friends and family. Outdoor Yoga classes and military style exercise boot camps are also on offer, endlessly promoting that healthy lifestyle residents desire to live.
