A whopping £729 daily and £5,120 weekly – that’s how much the price of an average three-bedroom home in prime London has risen by.
Values of these homes have surged by an eye-watering £250,000 each during the last 12 months, according to London estate agents Marsh & Parsons.
“Smart buyers can earn more money from their house in a year than by going to work in a very well-paid job,” said Peter Rollings, Marsh & Parsons chief executive.
