East London is the coolest part of London, according to Savills.
In fact, cool people make up the majority of residents in Hackney, Lewisham and Bexley, after a rapid rise on the cool scale in the last decade.
Using census data, Savills looked at where people working in culture, media and sport (the cool people – we would know) have moved to.
Neal Hudson of Savills Research said: “The greatest concentrations of ‘cool’ people are found in Hackney, which also happens to have the fastest growing house prices at the moment with Land Registry showing 21.5% annual growth.”
