Searchland, the development site sourcing specialists, has now launched within Scotland, making it the only platform to provide Scottish specific data with regard to the planning opportunities available north of the border.

Searchland has already changed the way the development industry operates, doing away with the archaic, manual process of searching individual sites and sending letters.

Searchland provides automated results based on the criteria of the user and covers everything from DTV letter sending, site sourcing workflow, strategic land data, DNO and HMO data, planning applications, ownership records, sold price comparables and planning constraints.
