Excitement levels are high in Epping as Qualis Homes celebrates the hugely successful launch of Springwood Grove, its inaugural development in the town. The first homes at this highly anticipated new development were released on Saturday 11th May 2024, with a stream of visitors welcomed to the Marketing Suite all eager to discover more about this fantastic new development first-hand.

Due to interest levels, sales were taken strictly on a first-come, first-served basis, with multiple homes already snapped up. The properties have been designed to appeal to a mix of first-time buyers, families and downsizers, all of whom were excited to visit the Qualis Homes marketing suite to secure their pick of the plots.

Springwood Grove’s town centre location and choice of home types gives the development universal appeal. It offers apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, along with three- and four-bedroom houses.

Apartments at Springwood Grove are priced from £330,000, while houses are available from £685,000. All homes feature stylish, contemporary interiors that have been thoughtfully designed around modern lifestyles, with fixtures and fittings chosen to provide enduring efficiency and appeal. The contemporary kitchens boast Silestone worktops and integrated appliances. Bathrooms feature half-height tiling and modern, wall-hung sanitaryware.

Throughout the homes, white walls and ceilings ensure a bright and airy feel, with large windows letting in plenty of light. Flooring is included throughout, with a mix of Karndean and soft carpets in a choice of natural shades.

Springwood Grove offers plenty to excite environmentally focused buyers. The development is entirely gas free, with air source heat pumps to houses and contemporary electric radiators in the apartments. The fabric first designs embrace modern technology, ensuring residents can be cosy all winter long. There are electric vehicle charging points for car owners, along with plentiful bicycle storage. For residents keen to use public transport, Springwood Grove is just a short walk from Epping Underground station, providing easy connectivity into London courtesy of the Central line.

The shops and eateries of Epping High Street are also just a stone’s throw away, ensuring all the necessities of daily life are within easy reach. The local area has much to offer in leisure terms, too. Southwest of the town lies the 6,000-acre expanse of Epping Forest. The ancient woodland is home to more ancient trees than any other single location in the country providing plenty of scope for connecting with nature, whatever the season.

Mature trees also form an integral part of Springwood Grove, with care taken to retain as many existing trees as possible during the construction process. New trees will also be planted, with species selected to complement the existing greenery and bat and bird boxes added to promote biodiversity. Steps have also been taken to protect the population of the remarkable great crested newts on the land. Officially a European Protected Species, the newts have a designated ecological area at Springwood Grove, with a pond, surrounding shrubs and grassland allocated as their protected habitat.

“We are delighted with the success of the launch of Springwood Grove. It is fantastic to welcome homebuyers to our interactive Marketing Suite and help them discover more about this charming development. These are homes for buyers to fall in love with and demand for both apartments and houses is already strong, so anyone interested in making their move is encouraged to get in touch without delay,” said,  Emily Gilchrist, Sales and Marketing Manager, Qualis Homes
