The UK’s most expensive parking space, which can fit only two cars, has been put on the market for a whopping £400,000.
And where is this parking-mad parking space? In London of course.
The space is near Royal Albert Hall in Kensington and costs nearly 2.5 times the cost of an average UK home.

The freehold is described as a “large secure underground parking space ideally situated for an Albert Court or Albert Hall Mansions resident”.
The spot is up for sale with estate agents Hobart Slater.
A spokesman for Hobart Slater told the media: “We’ve already had plenty of interest in the space.”
