Following the resignation of the British prime minister Theresa May on Friday, her house is now up for rent.
The house which is being advertised by ideal flatmate boasts a concierge, gymnasium, a large shoe closet, dark corners to cry in, with a full security team and comes with a ‘chief mouser’ cat called Larry.
The ideal candidate must be outgoing and must hate European holidays and can be yours for only £2,000 per month.
Tom Gatzen, Founder and CEO of ideal flatmate said on Friday, “The country has sat in heightened anticipation of today’s news for weeks, some would say months, and for the property market at least the ushering in of a new PM to take the reins of the Brexit process will surely provide some much needed certainty to the market and which has been bereft of positivity since the fateful vote in June 2016.
“We wish Mrs May well and, whilst she collects her things together, ponder what would happen if she vacated soonest and Downing Street were indeed ‘available’ to let pending Messrs Johnson, Hunt, Gove and Raab fighting over the door keys?”
