The skyscraper rich list
This morning we told you that Qatar owns 34% of the top 15 most expensive skyscrapers in London.
This got us thinking and researching the costliest skyscrapers in the capital. Thankfully, big data firm GeoPhy has done the hardwork for us.
In its recent survey charting more than 600,000 buildings across the country, GeoPhy found the Shard to be the most expensive skyscraper in the UK.
The firm used algorithms to value property which takes into account data sets relating to location, reliability and proximity to public transport, the local environment, nearby shops, , and the condition of the building.
