According to the annual British Council for Offices (BCO) official London and the Southeast awards, London excelled in virtually every office-related respect, topping four of the five office categories.
Category winners:
1. Refurbished/Recycled Workplace:123 Victoria Street, London
2. Projects up to 2,000m²: Fifty Grosvenor Hill, London
3. Fit Out of Workplace: Astellas, 2000 Hillswood Drive, Chertsey
4. Commercial Workplace: Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London
5. Corporate Workplace: One Sixty, Great Portland Street, London
