From a Hyde Park parking space being sold for £300,000 to a former garage-turned-studio in Highgate Village on the market for £250,000, London’s property absurdities keep getting more absurd.
Latest on the list is a 0.1 acre garden in Fulham fetching £120,000.
The garden, at 624 Fulham Road, was sold for £273 per square foot or £3,000 per square metre.
The garden was up for auction but with over 100 buying requests pouring in, it was sold before the auction.
At a time where London house prices soared by £50,000 over the last month, this should be of no surprise.
