The Costa Blanca has long been one of the most popular holiday destinations in Europe. For over 70 years Britons have flocked to the 120 miles of sandy beaches and warm Mediterranean waters for their holidays.
Last year alone, Alicante airport, the gateway to the Costa Blanca welcomed a record 15.7 million travellers, almost 20% more than 2022, with some predicting that passenger numbers could reach 20 million by 2026.

EasyJet also now operates two flights a week from Southend airport to Alicante whilst new flights from Southampton to Alicante have also been announced for this summer by the low-cost carrier.
