London estate agent, Elms Partners, has gained full ownership of its premises, following a £625,000 financial package from HSBC UK.

The loan has enabled the company to purchase the freehold of the building it has been leasing and operating out of for the past 17 years, providing Elms Partners with the security to be more ambitious with its growth plans and explore further opportunities to diversify its business.

Rutland Elms, Director of Elms Partners said,“Purchasing the freehold of our building has given me the security to feel more confident about where the business is going over the next few years and to be more ambitious with our plans to grow and diversify.

“I have been a customer of HSBC for 17-years, and so I felt extremely comfortable approaching the bank for the additional funding. I am delighted to have been able to purchase our premises following HSBC’s help and support, facilitated by our relationship manager Amran Miah.”

Richard Gimblett, HSBC UK’s Area Director for London City Business Banking added, “Elms Partners has been a customer of HSBC since it formed in 2002, and we’re delighted to have played a part in helping the company secure a permanent foothold in the city.”

Elms Partners is an award-winning, privately-owned estate agent with more than 30 years of experience in property sales and lettings across London.
