A property developer is offering buyers a chance to get both a London flat and a second home in Newquay for as little as £325,000.

The flats in Lewisham, Greenwich and Bow come with a “surfer’s suite” at Pebble Beach village in Newquay, not far from Fistral Beach, one of the UK’s most popular surfing hotspots.

Galliard Homes said it launched the offer “because many metropolitan buyers love surfing, sailing, swimming and water sports and the outdoors but miss out because they live in central London.”
