Brazilian banking tycoon Moise Safra is the latest foreign investor to land a piece of prime London property. Safra bought City-based 550,000 square foot Plantation Place for £500m.
Safra co-owns Brazil’s ninth largest bank, Banco Safra and was advised on the sale by Delancey.
