BAFTA’s iconic London home is being put on the open market. The 81,000 sq ft building is to be sold by Aviva Property Trust for £76.25 which reflects a yield of 5 per cent.
The price includes the Princes Arcade, the Tramp nightclub, screening room, restaurant, casino and a 3-story town house and retailing on Piccadilly.
