Vincent Tchenguiz, the property magnate in a bitter battle with the Serious Fraud Office, has sold his eight-bedroom Mayfair home for £17m.
The building at 2-3 Lees Place, which was originally a coach house and stables, is known to have been snapped up by a Saudi investor.
Speaking about the sale, Tchenguiz said, “I wasn’t actively looking for a buyer. However, I was approached with a very attractive offer, which I accepted.”
