UK proptech startup Settled, a fast-growing female-led company has been selected to participate in the Mayorโs International Business Programme. Gemma Young, CEO & Co-Founder of Settled will travel to Silicon Valley to take part in an international trade mission connecting UK businesses to leading US firms and founders.
Organized by SVC2UK and the mayorโs International Business Programme, run out of London & Partners, the female founders trade mission seeks to provide unique connections, expert advice and business opportunities for some of the UKโs most promising high-growth start-ups.
The programme connects 15 of Londonโs fastest growing female-led tech companies to industry experts aiming to strengthen relationships and knowledge sharing between Europeโs largest tech hub and Silicon Valley. The trade mission will enable entrepreneurs to build closer ties with Silicon Valley and to gain access to world-class business leaders.
Settled is a B2C property transaction software which transcends the traditional home-selling process, empowering homeowners to independently manage the sale of their property, from listing to completion all for a one-off fee of ยฃ499. Since its launch in 2016, Settledโs digital platform has facilitated the sale of ยฃ250m worth of homes, saving customers over ยฃ5m in estate agency fees.
Settled has been growing significantly with a 300 per cent annual increase. Earlier this year, Settled secured a further ยฃ1.2m in funding to expand its uniquely disruptive B2C property transaction software bringing in Connect Ventures and Piton Capital.
