An online platform which will transform some of London’s most exclusive restaurants and hotels into workspaces during the day will launch in January 2019.

Spacemize is a coworking platform which has partnered up with top London hotels, turning their underused bar areas into productive work spaces during the day. Helping venues monetise on available space and deal with Brexit concerns. On a different side, it provides entrepreneurs and startups with a convenient, cost effective(£149/month) work environment in key London areas.

Founded by Saleem Arif, Zain Dhareeja and Saeed Al Ghurair, Spacemize creates an alternative work environment which is more productive than working from home, more convenient than working from a coffee shop, more beneficial than having a private office and cheaper than renting a co-working desk.  It offers digital nomads the best of both worlds- a low cost alternative to co-working and a dedicated workspace across 7 of London’s most exclusive venues.

The platform bridges the gap between the hospitality and workspace sectors and helps both high end hospitality providers and working professionals deal with market pressures. The concept has already reprogrammed the use of urban space across North America.

The start-up partners up with 7 leading hotels (W Hotel London, Sheraton Park Lane, Andaz Hyatt) and selected restaurants (Mamounia Lounge Mayfair)- turning their empty tables into a work area from 9am to 5pm.  High End hospitality operators embrace this innovative concept to maximise empty commercial space and deal with growing Brexit concerns, which have shaken the UK hospitality industry.

Starting at £149/month Spacemize grants access to luxury partner venues across the capital with complimentary tea/coffee, blazing fast Wi-Fi, special food and spa discounts. Spacemize members, business travellers, entrepreneurs and remote workers are part of an exclusive private network. They can connect with like minded individuals, attend inspirational talks and power network to grow their businesses as part of the platform.
