Jacuzzis, large terraces and panoramic views of London just for starters
Large terraces, jacuzzis, outdoor kitchens and a fireplace, not to mention 360 degree views of London are just some of the things that come as standard at Tech City’s new premium penthouse apartments, which are going on sale for almost £6m.
The set of two and three bedroom penthouses are part of The Bezier apartment block in the heart of Tech City. They have been designed by Tudorvale Properties, a luxury prime central London developer, which is branding the properties as more than just homes “but an exceptional place to entertain and meet friends, exercise, have lunch, relax or network with business colleagues”.
The Bezier’s 122 and 127 penthouses are inspired by high-end designers Hermes and Fendi respectively, but their vast reliance on outdoor space has seen them labelled as “Australian” and out-of-touch with London living.
But while the London climate may prevent you using your terrace for the majority of the year, developers are sure that other amenities like 24-hour porters and gyms, plus The Bezier’s Tech City location will make the building a must-have.
The penthouses officially go on sale on 19 June.
