MHBC announces merger with Cumming

Cumming, an international project management and cost consultancy, announces a merger with Mellersh & Harding Building Consultancy LLP (MHBC), expanding the company’s expert resources and enabling it to provide unmatched building consultancy and project management services to its growing client base throughout the UK and across Europe.

Andrew Webster, Antonia Belcher, and Sean Cushing established MHBC in 2007 to provide clients with tailored building consultancy services. Involved throughout the entire lifecycle of the project, MHBC provides a wide range of specialized services, from building surveying and full-scale project management to design and building services engineering.

With a focus on the UK, combined with significant experience in Europe, MHBC’s long-standing clients include several international real estate investment management firms and industry-leading retail, hospitality, industrial, and residential owners. Examples include Schroder Real Estate, LaSalle Investment Management, and Starwood Capital, among many others.

Recent Cumming assignments throughout the region include the London EDITION, fit-out of the Aqua Shard and Houtong restaurants on the 31st and 33rd floors of The Shard, various renovations at Harvey Nichols Knightbridge, and many others.

By joining forces, Cumming’s worldwide team increases to approximately 750 professionals across 31 offices.
