Sugar and Hoppen team up for extravagant apartments in central London
Sugar-Hoppen may sound like the title of a 1950s rock song, but this is the top flight team that is hoping to shake, rattle and roll London’s luxury property market by creating a set of lavish apartments in St. James’s.
Hoppen will design two of the flats at Bennet House, which are then expected to fetch up to £10m each.
In the past, the former Dragons’ Den star has designed interiors for the Beckhams, Chris Evans and Frank Lampard.
The apartments are 2 and 3 bedrooms, and early reports indicate they will also feature bathrooms, and possibly bar areas.
Pour some Sugar on me: Lord Alan’s sweet London property empire
Sugar said: “Kelly is the best at what she does. We want to create apartments that offer the owners the highest standards in luxury living and design.”
Hoppen said it was a “an honour and a designer’s dream” to work with Sugar.
