London’s tallest skyscraper The Shard has just snapped up another high-profile tenant.

According to various media reports, the new tenant is accounting software giant Sage that has taken up 9,574 square feet of space on the 17th floor.

While managers of the building, Real Estate Management (REM), didn’t confirm the news, they revealed that law firm Greenberg Traurig Maher (GTM) has taken up 19,785 sq ft of space on the 8th floor of the building.

Also, private equity giant Foresight Group, based on floor 17, plans to take another space on floor 23.

Developer of The Shard Irvine Sellar said: “We are delighted that GTM will be relocating its London operations to The Shard, and that one of the UK’s largest software companies has selected The Shard for its London base. It’s pleasing to see what a positive impact The Shard has had on our occupiers’ business performance and their ability to attract the best talent, and especially delighted we can accommodate Foresight’s growth within the building.”
