London office agency expands after success in the capital’s thriving property market

A growing London office agency has expanded into the leased property market after huge success in the flexible office space market.

The team behind Cornerstone Office Search, which assists companies in finding flexible office space, has launched Keystone Office Lease which will deal solely in commercial leasehold and freehold properties for business.

Both companies are part of Milestone International, founded by Kevin Power and Evan Worrod, and are based in Bishopsgate in the City of London.

Joining them at Milestone International is Nick Owen, who has 12 years’ experience in the commercial property industry, and who will concentrate in the flexible and longer-term commercial property market to further expand the business.

Milestone has also launched in Dublin, and the business already has its eyes on further expansion into the European office market.

Kevin said: “We developed Cornerstone as a way of bringing high level customer service to the flexible office market. Naturally, the progression was to evolve this into the lease and freehold market where Nick was a perfect fit with his deep understanding of the industry.
