Coyote Software, the real estate software company, has developed integrations with two market-leading brands to further bolster its pioneering deal pipeline and asset management platform.

Nimbus Maps, the site search and property intelligence website, and WiredScore, the global rating scheme for digital connectivity in commercial real estate, are now integrated into the Coyote platform.

The partnerships represent the latest in a string of key strategic collaborations since Coyote’s inception in September 2017 when the unique cloud-based platform was launched commercially to the market, having been developed and used by M7 Real Estate and its clients.

Coyote enables industry professionals to track and manage assets through the commercial property lifecycle from Introduction, through to Acquisition, Management and Disposal. Coyote also brings data in from all the leading property management systems, such as Yardi, MRI and Tramps to give users live data on the assets and portfolios they own or manage.  Coyote already integrates with other market data providers such as Realla and Infabode platforms.

The integration with Nimbus Maps means that Coyote users can view HM Land Registry Title data and polygons within Coyote.  Whether viewing in relation to existing assets or potential acquisitions, users can view title boundaries, ascertain title ownership of land, the date of the purchase, site tenure, site area and more, with direct links to Nimbus Maps and Companies House.

The integration with WiredScore will provide all Coyote clients with instant access to the WiredScore Certification ratings of office buildings at the touch of a button.  This provides users with a unique understanding of an asset’s digital infrastructure and internet connectivity, providing important transparency and a trusted benchmarking of the technological capacity and future-proofing of a building.

Oli Farago, co-founder, CEO and chief technology officer at Coyote said, “The Coyote platform is constantly evolving as we strive to improve our service to clients, and these partnerships represent one of the biggest steps forward in terms of product development, since we launched. We’re significantly enhancing the service and providing greater value to all of our existing and future users.”

“Building connectivity is fast becoming one of the most important characteristics that our clients look out for when analysing a potential acquisition, so the integration with WiredScore represents an obvious but fantastic fit.  Our ethos has always been ‘there must be a better way’, and, combined with our zealous commitment to collaboration, the integration with Nimbus Maps and WiredScore encapsulate the Coyote way.”

William Newton, president & EMEA managing director WiredScore said, “The digital infrastructure of buildings is becoming increasingly more important as our workplaces and buildings become smarter. Wired Certification can directly impact the value of a property working as both an asset management and leasing tool. That’s why WiredScore is incredibly excited to be partnering with Coyote, in order to provide another layer of valuable insight to investment managers, owners and managing agents.”

Simon Davis, CEO of Nimbus® said, “At Nimbus we believe in democratising data, making it available to everyone, for the greater social and economic good of us all.  We have created a very powerful database of property intelligence, and our mission is to show and then train as many people how they can benefit from it.  Integrations such as the one with Coyote allow a wide community to access the latest technologies and data to make a significant positive impact on the economy.”
